The darker side of Disney

The darker side of Disney

A screenplay written by Walt, performed by Walt, about … Walt. This highly stylized production explores the darker side of Walt Disney, the (in)authenticity of his movies, his desire for cryogenic immortality, and his drive to build a city (not just an amusement park) where everyone does only what they’re good at and nothing they aren’t.

In this production Walt (near death), his brother Roy, Walt’s daughter, and her husband gather at a conference room table for a dramatic and darkly humorous reading of Walt’s screenplay.
