December NYC Theater Preview
Previewing what’s to come, we’re joined by Lindsay, David, and our newest contributor Shavanna Calder, the founder and editor of Arts in Color, a website celebrating artists of color on stage.
There is much to look forward this month. We’ve got previews from Broadway, Off Broadway, solo shows, and even a couple of holiday inspired events. So make sure to make some time for theater during this busy season.

The Tuesday after Thanksgiving is #GivingTuesday and many theater artists are raising money for their upcoming projects. We highlight two, The Amoralists ‘Wright Club, a new playwright development program in New York City, and Finish Line by Boston Theater Company, an upcoming documentary stage production about the 2013 Boston Marathon. If you have the resources send them a few dollars to support the ambitious work they’re creating.
And finally, Thursday is The Wiz Live on NBC. We’re genuinely (not sarcastically) excited for it.
What have we missed? What are you looking forward to this month? Let us know!
