Early Buzz: Your Mother’s Copy of the Kama Sutra
We are very excited for Your Mother’s Copy of the Kama Sutra, a new play written by Kirk Lynn of the Austin, Texas-based Rude Mechanicals (Stop Hitting Yourself) and directed by Anne Kauffman. Its world premiere is this Spring at Playwrights Horizons.
Kama Sutra is described by Playwrights Horizons as a “tough-love comedy” in which “Carla agrees to marry Reggie on one condition: to break down any walls between them, they’ll reenact their individual sexual histories with one another, good and bad, for better or worse. Years later, these stories bring unexpected hope to their household, now forced to confront those barriers a second time.”
Based on our casual search of the official ticketing site for Playwrights Horizons, ticket demand is high so you’d be wise to act quickly.
